Environment & Conservation Show on UK Health Radio.

Wildeye Adventures presents the Environment & Conservation Show on the online health radio platform UK Health Radio. The Environment & Conservation show raises awareness on environment, conservation, nature connection, eco-living, rewilding, regeneration, sustainable development, indigenous knowledge and climate action.

Listen to the show we created together via this link - Voices of the People | Nature Connection

Why should I take part?

For a sense of community and to raise awareness on nature connection.

Lockdown has really highlighted the inequality of green spaces between communities. Everyone should have the right to green spaces and nature in their lives. We wish to hear about why nature matters to you and what you love most about spending time in nature. How does nature connection effect your personal wellbeing?

We are quickly losing our last remaining natural habitats and the UK is one of the least wooded countries in Europe. Peoples voices are powerful when they come together and people around the world are speaking out for nature.

The Environment & Conservation Show is a non-for-profit independent media platform created for people and communities to share their voices. Connect with us.

Whether you love walking barefoot on the grass, walking in the woods, appreciating a sunrise/sunset or just taking care of the wildlife in your back garden. We wish to know why nature matters to you.

Email us a voice recording between 1 minute to 5 minute long. Audio only please!

How can I record my voice?

It doesn't take long and it's easy to do. On iPhone or Samsung phones search for a "voice memo" app, it's easy to record and share. You may record on your mobile phone if there is a voice recording app on it, most smart phones have them included. Otherwise you may download an app for free on to your device from the App Store.

"What if I make a mistake when recording?"

We are not looking for perfection here, we are looking for your passion and love for nature. Get creative, speak from the heart and don't worry if you stumble or make any mistakes. Just repeat what you wish to say and we can edit any mistakes out. Don't put too much pressure on yourself or worry about it being too perfect. Be natural and please don't make up any weird voices! just be yourself.

"I don't wish to share my personal details on radio"

You don't have to! It's completely up to you whether or not you wish to share either your first name, full name or location. You are not obliged to share any personal details at all, this is completely your decision. However, we would be interested to hear your first name & where you are in the world.

We mainly wish to hear how much you love the natural world and how much being surrounded by green spaces and nature means to you. We are collecting the voices of the people and communities for this new introductory show. We would love for you to be a part of it.

"But I don't work within the environmental industry..."

You do not have to be working in the environmental industry to get involved. You can be anywhere on the earth and be any type of human, all you need is love for the natural world. People are seeking out nature during these times and raising awareness on its importance to our health and wellbeing. We are looking for people from all walks of life to contribute, children too!

If you decide to share your love for nature with us and join in on this. We will contact you to let you know when the show will air on UK Health Radio and how you may listen to it. After the show airs online, it will be available to download for free and you can share with it friends and family on socials.

Together let's help spread the love for nature.

Remember that love conquers fear.
