"SPENDING TIME IN NATURE IS HEALING FOR THE MIND, Body & soul"
Nature has always been a great teacher & healer. Much evidence is coming forth about how spending time in nature is good for the mind, body & spirit. The human brain is more enhanced and behaves better out in nature. Once you tune human senses into a forest environment, you become aware of the present moment.
Breathing in the fresh forest air away from the harmful pollutants of the city, helps to oxygenate the blood. Spending time around trees and woodlands helps to boost the immune system.
Forest Healing Camps combine bushcraft skills alongside natural healing techniques such as forest bathing aka Shinrin-Yoku, yoga, dance/movement, nature art therapy or sound healing/bathing sessions using various instruments that are designed to shift the brain into a more relaxed state. The natural healing element on camp is subject to instructor availability, however, all our forest healing camps include a sound healing session using high frequency gong, tibetan singing bowls and rain sticks. You will receive a gong bath healing session underneath a canopy of trees.
We organise our own events but you are more than welcome to get in touch, if you have a group in mind. You can take part in one of our public camps or create your own forest healing experience. Depending on the availability of our connected instructors, we organise all events in ancient woodlands based in Sevenoaks. However, if have access to private land space or woodlands, we would love to hear your thoughts. We may organise a visit - depending on distance - and are happy to assist in organising a personalised woodland healing experience.

Message from Calina
"Let's all bathe together!
Inviting you to share the intention of uniting through community. It’s not always about words but how we can tune into our full spectrum of senses and bathe in the supportive harmonics of the forest. A space for creativity and for grounding together through open heart circle.
Basking in the stillness of silence from with in. Bringing awareness to our breath and how this important life supporting function can also teach us how to balance our emotions and nervous system, make clearer decisions, less mind chatter, develop with a digital detox and boost our immune system.
You will also experience the 'Journey of Sound' to support each others unique expression of who we are through enveloping the harmonic sounds of the 32" symphonic gong, 7 chakra balancing singing bowls, koshi bells, shamanic drum, rain stick, and chanting good vibrations.
Pack your bags, Come along, and See what happens!”
All are welcome!
