Forest Healing Camp

(Adults Only) 🌿✨

Escape the city and immerse yourself in nature with our Overnight Forest Healing Camp.

This is a chance to unplug, reset and reconnect in a tranquil private woodland setting.

 

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect:

  • Wilderness Skills & Ecology – Learn tree & plant ID, woodland ecology and tree symbolism.

  • Forest Bathing & Gentle Flow Yoga – Release tension, sync breath with movement, and reconnect with your body.

  • Solitude & Reflection – After sunset, enjoy solitude in nature; instructors remain nearby but out of sight.

🔥 Campfire & Community:

  • Bring instruments, poetry or songs for an optional evening fire gathering.

  • Bushcraft kit provided – bring a mat or blanket for sitting/laying.

  • Sleep under the stars – Bring a personal tent or try tarps & hammocks for a wilder experience in the woods.

🥗 Food & Facilities:

  • Day 1: Bring a packed lunch, snacks & dinner to cook over fire.

  • Day 2: A warm, vegetarian, gluten-free Middle Eastern breakfast (vegan).

  • Drinking water & herbal teas provided.

  • No toilets – woodland awareness briefing on arrival.

Unwind, reconnect and heal in a serene private bluebell woodland in Brasted Chart, Sevenoaks, Kent.

🧘 Gentle Flow Yoga with Jess Mitchell


Led by Jess Mitchell, an experienced yoga teacher & wellbeing coach, this session combines gentle movement with breathwork, helping you release tension, connect with yourself and embrace the healing energy of the forest.

🔥 Camping & Experience Options:

  • Bring your own tent or try wild sleeping using tarps or hammocks.

  • Choose your own personal patch in the woods or camp under the stars in the field. (Fires only permitted in the woods.)

  • Kit list provided before arrival – ensure you bring a 3-season sleeping bag & roll / foam mat.

🥗 Food & Water:

  • Day 1: Bring a packed lunch & dinner to cook over a fire

  • Day 2: Enjoy a nourishing vegan breakfast (allergy-friendly options available).

  • Drinking water & herbal teas available on-site.

🚽 Toilets & Facilities:

  • No toilets – go back to basics! A woodland awareness briefing will be given upon arrival.

  • Bring personal toilet paper & hand sanitiser.

🚗 Location & Parking:

  • 23-acre land space with a private woodland in Brasted Chart, Sevenoaks, Kent.

  • Parking available on-site. You'll be advised on arrival.

  • Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing. Outdoor shoes / boots.

  • Health & allergy information (inform us in advance if needed).

Nature has always been a profound teacher and healer. Studies continue to reveal the incredible benefits of spending time outdoors—enhancing mental clarity, reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.

 

When we immerse ourselves in the forest, our senses awaken, allowing us to become fully present. Breathing in fresh woodland air, free from urban pollutants, helps oxygenate the blood, calm the mind and restore balance.

Depending on the availability of instructors and practitioners. Our Forest Healing Camps offer wilderness skills & forest bathing sessions, combined with natural healing. From Sound Healing, Qi Gong, Drumming, Movement, Yoga or Breath work. We connect and collaborate with various practitioners, healers and specialists encouraging nature connection..

The next Forest Healing Camp blends bushcraft skills with natural healing practices:

  • Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) – Deepen your connection with the woodland through mindful immersion.

  • Yoga, Movement & Breath work – Tune into your body and energy flow.

  • Meditation – Experience a deeply restorative session 

  • Forest bathing aka Shinrin-Yoku

  • Fire lighting Practise - harness the healing power of fire

  • Optional Overnight Camping - Bring your own tent / Try sleeping the wild way - using tarps and hammocks

  • Sunday morning Forest Bathing / Meditation / Yoga
