"NATURE IS A PLAYGROUND"
HALF DAY & FULL DAYs
Wildeye Adventures creates half day / full day / overnight courses teaching bushcraft, wilderness skills for families, children & young people. Our half days courses last between 2 to 4 hours and full days last between 4 to 6 hours.
Overnight camps mostly take place at a private family owned woodland site based in Sevenoaks, Kent. This site gives a sense of being secluded, in a wild-like and safe space.
Our experienced instructors build positive relationships with the guests we encounter on courses/camps. Our aim is to share our passion for nature, plant positive seeds in young people's minds and share knowledge of the wild that creates a better relationship towards the natural world & environment.
We work in different locations around the London area. The site in Chalfont St. Peter can include an archery activity.
We are also happy to travel to you, if you haver a particular site/outdoor space in mind.

Overnight camping is available for families & children wishing to spend time in woodlands learning bushcraft skills & outdoor education.
It's important to encourage both youth and adults to keep a close relationship to the natural world and the best way to connect with the nature is by spending time in it. Learning bushcraft/survival skills is a chance to get creative, use the imagination and problem solve using what nature provides.
Discover how to create a natural shelter, use tarp for shelter and learn more about useful trees, plants and fungi used in bushcraft. Forage for tinder & fuel, practise different fire lighting methods and learn facts about ancient trees & woods.
After a full day gaining outdoor skills & guidance from instructors. You will be prepped with the required knowledge, enough to be responsible for you own personal well being overnight in the woods. Nature is an amazing teacher and has much to teach us, if we can learn to stop, look & listen.
Wildeye Adventures shares outdoor skills & environmental education in the aims of developing your personal relationship to nature. Encouraging self-reliance, problem solving, woodland awareness and personal responsibility towards the natural world.
Our instructors share abundant knowledge on the fascinating world of ancient trees & woodlands. Inspiring a stronger connection to the natural world. Many young people have left our camps feeling inspired to start their environmental projects within their own communities.
It's time to go wild, let nature provide and spend a night away from the city side.
Survival skills will empower you. Discover skills of the wild that will improve confidence in the outdoors & develop camping abilities.
Our courses encourage stepping out of the comfort zone and experiencing sleeping in the woods independently. Remember British weather is un-predictable, so be willing to adapt to the elements. Please dress appropriately for the outdoors.
All courses & overnight camps are self-catered on day one, so please bring enough food & snacks for day one. You are required to bring a packed lunch & an evening meal to cook over a fire.
Breakfast the next morning is provided for.
After booking, you'll be emailed course information, a kit list, camp food ideas and advised on what to bring before attending.
Our overnight experience encourages solitude in nature.
Instructors offer guidance & support throughout the day, however, when the sunsets staff will be on site, but out of site!
We encourage solitude in nature.
The sound of a Native America Indian flute calls you to breakfast, served between 7am - 8am.
Leave our woods feeling inspired and empowered.
Be aware that there are no toilets in our woods. It's back to the primitive; so think like a wild cat. You'll be advised during woodland awareness on introduction. Bring personal toilet paper & hand sanitiser with you. All personal trash must be taken off site and litter disposed of. Please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances before arriving on camp. Only then may we cater to personal specific needs.
There is drinking water on site if you need to refill water bottles or flasks. There will be water and hygiene points on camp. Hot water is available. You will be sent camp food ideas, a kit list & location details via email after booking.
Overnight camps are the best way to immerse yourself in nature and put natural shelter making abilities to the test. Natural shelter building takes time, energy & manual labour. Don't expect a walk in the park.
You are free to decide on the day, using tarps cuts out the hard work of foraging for materials, however, we encourage building nature shelters as it provides a more rewarding experiencing, building something out fo nothing.
Survival skills will test your psychology, creative skills and problem solving abilities.
Discover essential survival skills required to set you up for a night in the woods. Be prepared to cook personal food over a fire - come rain or shine. Bring back-up snacks incase you get peckish whilst shelter building.
You'll need to forage enough wood/fuel to sustain you for the night and next morning.
