Working with Fire – A Primal Team-Building Experience
Fire is an essential element of survival, deeply rooted in human history. It has the power to warm, nourish and unite, creating a sense of community and relaxation.
Gathering around a fire has been a tradition across cultures for thousands of years, fostering connection and igniting something instinctual within us.
Our fire-making experience offers hands-on training in various fire-lighting techniques, with opportunities to learn, practice, and collaborate. Teams will work together to build a central campfire - rain or shine - creating an immersive, team-strengthening experience in a private woodland setting.
For a competitive edge, we can introduce fire-related survival challenges, such as water purification, making survival bread, or brewing medicinal teas over the fire.
Sessions are flexible, with half-day and full-day options available. Let us create a memorable, nature-based experience, reconnecting your team with one of the fundamental elements of survival.

Forest Bathing for Wellbeing & Team Connection
Step away from the office and immerse yourself in nature. Forest bathing or Shinrin-Yoku, is a scientifically proven practice that reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and calms the nervous system. Widely recognised in Japan’s National Health Service, this mindful experience helps participants reconnect with the natural world, counteracting the fast-paced demands of urban life.
Surrounded by the tranquil sounds and energies of the forest, your team will experience a renewed sense of clarity, focus and relaxation.
Sessions range from 2 to 4 hours, with flexible timing. For a deeper experience, we also offer full-day sessions that combine forest bathing with bushcraft skills, fostering both well-being and resilience.
-
Pricing: Starts at £125 - £500 for groups of 5 to 20 people (larger groups available on request). Pricing adapts for timings & groups numbers.
-
Optional Add-On: Hammocks are provided for a truly immersive experience—gaze up at the canopy and unwind in nature’s embrace.
For enquiries and bookings, please get in touch. Visit the Forest Bathing page to find out further details on forest bathing (Shinrin-Yoku).
